AidTrack is a resource tracking tool for humanitarian organizations. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use AidTrack
AidTrack is intended for humanitarian organizations, NGOs, and individuals supporting relief efforts. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are not using the service for this purpose.
Your data
You own the data you enter into AidTrack. We do not claim any rights over it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to store it on our platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AidTrack to:
- Store data you do not have the right to store
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
Pricing and availability
AidTrack is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, existing users will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect. We make no guarantee of permanent free access.
Service availability
We aim to keep AidTrack available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, make updates, or take the service offline for technical reasons. We will attempt to provide notice when possible.
Limitation of liability
AidTrack is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
Account termination
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
